So I am reading your response, and here we are in November of 2022 and Shopify still has done nothing to resolve this. You guys encourage small businesses to use your site. We get all of our stuff setup and then have to deal with this. Shopify should be adjusting their https://www.shopify.com/shipping page to reflect the truth that you need to add another $19 a month to your monthly fees so you can get accurate rates.
