Quick Links not visible on Debut Theme, cannot add content

Hi,

I did have a mess around footer yesterday and did delete the footer.liquid but pasted it from downloading the theme again.

I cant seem to get anything to add footer navigation back onto my site. Please help!!

First, check-in the Shopify admin panel that you have a suitable navigation (menu) http://joxi.ru/KAxVvyZIZO3aRm. In the screenshot, our menu is called Footer. It may differ for you. If there is no suitable menu, create it again.

Next, go to the Online Store->Themes->Customize. Select Footer and add a menu http://joxi.ru/zANynxKIvGEMz2.

When I look at Footer on debut menu this is what I see. No option to add menu
