Anyone have any tips on getting the Shopify Quickbooks Desktop connector not to run poorly?

Our store does enough traffic to where my nightly sync isn’t even making a dent in the number of items to sync. Some nights I can sync about 200 items over 6 hours, others I can maybe get 20-50.

I have tried all support options and am starting to wonder if this is the right solution.

Can you fill me in on how that will help an issue I am having with a Quickbooks connector?

The program barely works and is all but useless at this point. I love Shopify POS, but I am looking for alternatives as they do not seem to care anything about users who have Quickbooks Desktop.
