Radio button in creating app listing not working

Hi,

I’m trying to create a listing translation (for Japanese) and wanted to choose that I will provide direct support (email or phone) in Japanese. However I can’t seem to choose Yes. When I click the Yes radio button, it jumps to No as chosen and I can’t click to change to the Yes one (as video attached).

Is there something I’m missing or could it be a bug?

Hi, could someone help give me some direction or resources for this issue? I am hoping to complete the listings and submit our apps by the end of this week. Thanks much!
