Random prize/discount chosen by visit to a page in Shopify

Hi there,
I am creating a new way to bring customers/club members to my store and part of what i want to do requires me to create a page where a random prize or discount is chosen by visit? so if person chooses to visit this page a random discount or prize is chosen and displayed.

It would be good to be able to have control over this for adding free products or discount, customised wording etc.

It has to be a page because a qr code will be scanned and they will then visit this page for more info. This prize/discount is just an added bonus that i want to add to this page for when someone visits.

I don’t want a wheel or something they have to click when they get to this page, i want to make the visit what activates the random prize generator behind the scenes and just display the prize on the page with custom text.

Yes this can be done via two ways.

  1. We can store set of discount and offer somewhere in metaobject or metafield.

Metaobject will contain the field of msg you want to show in respect of that offer.

This will give you the liberty of adding different text for every different offer and discount.
