As I know, CTA is a section you can add to the theme file by coding and then adding it to the pages through theme customization.

If you want to remove the CTA, you can try the following ways:

  1. Go to Themes > Click on to “Customize” button. Then turn off CTA

I also have this action button on my site, but there is no CTA file in my code.

Yes! Reached out to Shopify support and they suggested to completely clear all history data and cache. I was only clearing day of history when I had this problem, so clearing everything worked for me.

I did that and tried all the bowsers but to no availability. Any other suggestions?

are you clearing the history and website data from settings? What other browsers are you using? Can you provide your store url and password if there is.
