Hey everyone,
I’ve recently launched my online store and I’m reaching out to gather some constructive feedback on its design. I’ve put significant effort into crafting a user-friendly and visually appealing website, but I believe there’s always room for improvement.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could spare a few moments to review my store and share your insights. Whether it’s suggestions for enhancing the layout, improving navigation, or refining the product presentation, your input would be immensely valuable to me.

Hi @comelespico , thank you for posting here!
It’s my honor that I can advise your store Beastmind!
Honestly, your store has a very pleasing interface and the theme color also matches the brand. In general, when visitors come here, they can learn what you sell and what your brand looks like.
However, I have some comments as follows:
- The image and video quality of the product page has not been optimized, the quality is quite poor, making the user experience not optimal. You can see some example screenshots of your product pages.
- I notice that your store has no logo brand for the searching tab, I highly recommend that you create one to build trust and make your store more trustworthy.
- You can add more elements like low stock alerts, recent purchase notifications, or a countdown timer, visitor counters to create a sense of urgency and build trust for your store.
I recommend implementing these changes to improve customer experience when scrolling through your store and, in turn, increase your conversion rate.

Hello @comelespico !
Thanks for reaching out to the community. I’m Tracy from BON: Loyalty Rewards Referrals.
First, I’d like to compliment your website. The interface is quite neat, clean, and the branding colors are quite trendy
From the perspective of a Product executive, I have a few suggestions to help you improve your website:
1. First, you should clarify the goal of your website.
When a business is just starting to sell online, you should aim to increase traffic to your website. Once you maintain a stable traffic flow, you can start adding product promotion tactics to increase sales for your business.
2. Some suggestions for website improvement:
- The ratio of the header - body - footer is not quite right (Image). As shown in the image, you can see the footer is wider than necessary, and the divider used here is not serving its function properly.
=> You might consider adding shortcuts to direct customers to different pages on your online store, such as Shipping policy, FAQ, Loyalty & rewards, and so on.
- You have clearly showcased the products your business is selling; however, it doesn’t give off the luxurious, modern feel that a high-tech skincare product should have. The product promotional images are also quite limited. You should add more close-up images of the product to give customers a better sense of its quality.
=> If your business has a low budget for investing in a professional concept photo shoot, you can refer to some settings for product photos taken with an iPhone:

- The quality of your photos and videos is not optimized: Some photos are quite blurry, and the video quality is not sharp. In the product video, the background is a sink, which doesn’t look professional > You should set up a clean background with better lighting to showcase the product in the best way possible.
3. Add a Blogs section to the website
Your product is quite specific, so it would be better if you could add tutorials on how to use the product, compatible products for each skin type, or tips on how to maintain the device better.
4. Add a loyalty program to build a customer base
You should consider using a loyalty program to encourage visitors to become your customers and customers to become loyalty members. Some loyalty apps have a free plan that you can refer to: Smile, BON Loyalty, Growave, Rivo, JOY.
Good luck and I am looking forward to seeing more of your website
