- Imo, the current hero banner image appears a bit distorted, which can give the impression that the site doesn’t sell high-quality clothing. After browsing your Instagram, I can see that your visuals are much better than that. Choose a high-resolution image featuring your products on a model to create a more compelling first impression.
- Update all your CTA buttons to ‘Shop Now,’ as this is more action-oriented. Consider structuring the content in this section with the following flow: Collection Name - What makes this collection unique or why customers should explore it - Call to Action.
2. Suggestion for your collection page and product page
- Add an ‘Add to Cart’ button directly below each product on the collection page to provide a smoother shopping experience. Check the image below for reference:
- You’re absolutely right that reviews play a crucial role in improving conversion rates. To encourage customers to leave reviews initially, offer a small incentive like a discount. Then consider implementing a loyalty program or use a discount app to support this.
Once you have reviews, use a product reviews app to display ratings below each product price on the collection and product pages. Additionally, add a customer review section to the homepage to build trust with potential buyers.
I believe make these changes should create a more engaging and trustworthy shopping experience for your customers.
