I appreciate that you have provided us with your online store URL as that is very helpful. Looking into your online store, I noticed that you have added your store policies to the footer of the online store - it looks great!
As a suggestion, you could also add your Contact Us policy to your header navigation menu as this can help provide security to your new customers or visitors that land on your homepage. You can update the header navigation menu by selecting Online store > Navigation.
