I’d like to be able to send pick up notifications to my customers when their order is ready. I thought I was doing that but upon checking it hasn’t been sending.
I looked at the default template and I’m going to change some wording however in the section where it is supposed to give the shop’s address, it is not picking up my address nor is the button to the map working. I checked that my shop’s address is listed in the shipping part of settings and that my shop is able to process pick up orders. All that seems in place. It just seems that the address code of the template is not merging my details.
Is this something I can do or a bug for Shopify to resolve? Thanks
