My company Homeplumbing.com is looking to send out automated emails with real time pricing and quantity of a selection of products pulled directly from our online product pages. We would like to do the following with our automated emails:

Automation is triggered by customer opt in AND purchase of specific product sku

“If customer buys product x and opts into messaging, they will be sent an email with accessory products in a weeks time”- Automation then dynamically inserts product’s price and quantity from active product page before sending out timed automated email

If product is out of stock, the code/API/application would recognize this and substitute product with one that is in stock or leave out product completely from email until it is back in stock

Because the pricing and stock of our products on our website is volatile and changes frequently, we need to ensure our customers are getting accurate information in their emails

We can do this manually, but the sheer amount of automations and automated emails being sent out does not make this a realistic option and we want to keep the process completely automated
Would love to learn how everyone is sending automated emails and if anyone has any experience with this type of email marketing. Thanks!
