We would like to get some advise on a particular matter.
Our website is a ecommerce website that sells products. We have a order status page for the individual customers to to check the status of their shipment. However there is problem that we are facing and can’t seem to find a appropriate solution for this.
Our question is it possible to connect the “order status” part in the order listing of order History in Shopify Default in real-time? For example, how can these status, Shipped, Delivered, Retuning, Returned, etc appear and change in real-time. This is for the customers to view or check the status, however, this is not possible the for moment and this is a serious issue. We need a way that customers can see at once in real time.
We would like any suggestion that would help us resolve this issue.
