Really bad experience to reach Shopify support.

I have an issue I want to resolve but they can’t be reached, not by email, not by chat and not by phone.

I appreciate the video that you have created to show the issue with getting into contact with Shopify support. I am going to pass this video along to our developers as a suggestion to make it easier to get in touch with our support.

You can view our support channels and speak to a Support Advisor by logging into your store successfully using the Contact Us page. Once you successfully login, you will be directed to the Help Center - type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar to locate the option to Get Support under the search results.

as you can see in the video, after I log in and click support I am redirected back to login. So I can’t speak to a colleague of yours…How can I get in touch?
