If yo are starting from scratch I’d recommend focusing on the basics first, building a clean email list, segmentation, deliverability, and then learning how to write emails that actually convert.
For books Email Persuasion by Ian Brodie is a good starting point. For YouTube search for practical tutorials on email flows welcome sequences, abandoned carts, and deliverability rather than just “email marketing” in general.
