Receipt printer for POS automatically prints 2 receipts, only need 1

Hello community,

I have been experiencing a situation where, with every sale we make in our POS, our receipt printer automatically prints 2 receipts.

We only need one for the customer, not a duplicate for us.

Anyone who has experienced this issue and know how we can make sure that we only get one?
