I received a package yesterday from Shopify that I never ordered. How do I return it & I don’t intend on paying for it. I’ve tried your email & got no answer. The number is disconnected. I don’t want whatever this package is. Please help me ! I never ordered anything!

Shopify is not a store and does not sell products. It is a tool to create websites. If the package has someone else’s name on it, write return to sender on the package and give it back to the postal service. If it has your name on the package, you can then open it and see if there is any indication on where the package is coming from. Your first clue is the address line from who sent the package. By ‘googling’ this address you can have a better idea of where it came from. You can not be charged by someone unless they have access to your bank information. Packages typically are not sent out until the product is paid, unless someone sent you a gift, or the product was sent to the wrong address. This information goes for any package you receive, not just ones from specific stores.
