hi i am receiving fake sales in millions. someone is selecting hundreds of same products and then placing the orders. it is affecting my pixel. can anyone tell me please?

For the orders already placed, mark them as fraudulent and cancel them so they don’t pollute your pixel data further. In Meta/Google Ads, exclude the date range of the attack from your conversion data so your pixel doesn’t keep optimizing toward fake conversions.
If the attack keeps coming through despite hCaptcha, you can request Bot Protection from Shopify support directly. They can enable additional rate limiting at the edge during active attacks. This is also a known issue across many stores recently, so don’t blame yourself, the attacks are widespread.

It’s usually the result of a bot or spamming checkout, rather than real people. Here are a few things that may help quickly:
Enable reCAPTCHA for Forms and Login/Accounts if applicable. Apply a fraud detection or bot protection app and block high risk IP ranges. You may also limit the maximum quantity per product to prevent massive fake carts.
If the orders are truly reaching the checkout, do not only track purchase events on order creation. Protect your ad data by firing your pixel from paid/valid orders placed instead.
Also monitor traffic sources and block suspicious referral domains or countries if you have regional attacks.
