Receiving HTML Content on app installation

Hi Team Shopify,

Few days ago, we had submitted the app for review. But during the review, we were receiving ----> shop_owner: ‘"> ">’,

We have few doubt points mentioned below. Please have a look and revert back -

  1. We’re trying to understand whether there is going to be such a data in a real valid shop. Because without valid details we won’t be able to let customer register.

  2. If we are not handling these type payload, then app can be rejected ?
