Hi everyone,
I’m the developer of Reclavio, and I wanted to introduce the app here in Ask & Offer and get feedback from Shopify merchants.
Reclavio is currently available through a limited-visibility Shopify App Store listing while I onboard an initial group of merchants and gather feedback before the broader launch. It is an abandoned-cart recovery app for merchants who want to recover more sales without automatically giving every hesitant shopper a discount.
The storefront assistant uses browsing and cart signals to identify possible hesitation and offer an incentive only when the merchant’s rules allow it. It can also help answer common product, shipping, and store-policy questions before resorting to a discount.
A few of the main capabilities we built:
-
Answer shopper questions during the buying journey
-
Exclude specific products or collections from discounts
-
Set discount limits and other offer rules
-
Preview what the app would do before activating live offers through Shadow Mode
-
Use stepped offers instead of immediately giving away the largest discount
-
Track accepted offers, recovered orders, and estimated margin impact
There is a free plan available so merchants can configure the app, try the simulator, and evaluate Shadow Mode before deciding whether to activate live offers.

I’d especially appreciate feedback on this:
What would you need to see or control before trusting an app to automatically offer discounts to shoppers?
Would you care most about product exclusions, margin limits, previewing decisions before they go live, preventing discount abuse, or seeing evidence that the discounts generated incremental sales?
I’d appreciate hearing the merchant perspective.
Thanks!
