Recommendation for Add-On that asks required questions during purchase process

Hey, I have a client that has a service to be purchased but legally there are about 20-30 required questions that the customer has to answer before the service can be provided.

I haven’t found an extension/add-on for Shopify that facilitates that process yet. Any recommendations are welcome.

The way I see this is to create Cart Properties and then make them mandatory, that way your users are forced to fill the answers before being able to checkout. Let us know if you need additional help!

Are you looking for required questions before Adding product to Cart?

If that’s the case, you can use Product Option apps such as Infinite product options - they have required fields in Note or dropdown, checkbox format that can be added along with the product to cart.
