Can anyone UK based recommend a good app for returns and exchanges that can create return uk labels too?
There are a ton of options, but Im looking for an app that pushes exchanges over returns, and can automate the whole system since doing it manually in shopify is so clunky. We need an app that also lets us charge the customer for a returns label in some circumstances too.
Currently we create a £0 value order (so it doesn’t affect our sales figures) for the return label but have had a couple go missing and we haven’t been able to claim back on them from the shipping company as the value was £0 
…also its long winded to do and Im looking for something much easier/quicker to cut down on customer support time.
