We currently used Sage for our payment gateway and we are looking to move away from this and go elsewhere.
Reason being - we can’t process refunds to people who make card payments online, see below. So the process means we have it raise it in the back and it causes havoc with our accounting. If people pay via PayPal, it’s great, I can refund some items, or all of them plus the delivery charge or a part of the delivery charge. Sage doesnt allow me to do this.
is there anyone else who can do this? I know Shopify Payments do everything, but I’d like a few more options
