So my wife’s account has been locked and she can’t receive any help. All the emails are sent to her account and she wasn’t logged in for 3 months. She can’t print off her sales and can not do her taxes because of this. The Shopify 1800 number thing is discontinued and no emails from support will send, every time she sends an email for help it says undelivered
