Recover lost Theme changes and CSS changes

Hello,

As I was working on Dawn theme and was creating a Page using in Shopify liquid and while I was working my created section, JSON changes of that section and CSS changes has been gone automatically.

I was trying to recover but it is not showing any previous history there.

Is there any way where I can recover all my changes?

If the codes has been removed, you can talk to shopify support and request them to add backup theme on your store.
