Redirect error "Path can't be blank" but the field entry isn't blank

Hi there,

I have a backlink from a website that goes to an old URL (http://www.sevencoffeeroasters.com/#!product/prd13/2722928691/the-bitch-blend), and I’d like it to redirect to the current product page (https://sevencoffeeroasters.com/products/seven-bitch-blend-specialty-coffee). However, when I try to do this, I receive an error that my “Redirect from” field is blank:

I understand that the “Redirect from” URL is an old structure, but is there any way to resolve this? Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the backlink origin right away, so I’m looking for an intermediate solution.
