Redirect From A Different Domain

We recent acquired a business that will require us to move to a new domain.

We will own the old domain, however do not have permission to use externally and therefore will need to redirect this into a new domain.

Is it possible to redirect specific pages from an old domain, into specific pages on the new domain (page created on Shopify)?

E.g.

Old URL: Domain1.com/about-us

New URL (shopify): Domain2.com/pages/about-us

If this is possible, please can you detail the steps taken.

Hi @SimonButt

You have to log into the name server and created a 301 redirect. Or request a domain name transfer to your organization. For example, we use namecheap and from there we configure custom name servers to AWS. From AWS we can redirect our domain.

You can use nslookup on any windows or Mac to find the name server.
