Is there a way to create a redirect for when someone searches and gets no results? I would like to have a custom page be the page they see instead of the typical “no results” page.
For example, someone searches for Product Y on my site, but the search gets no results and they get taken to a zero results page. I was able to edit the text on that page, which is a good step. But I really would like to have this person go to a custom page created to offer similar products that might not be the brand they look for, but are comparable and better priced.
We work in a very specific industry where a lot of our “no results” searches are people who are very likely to end up using one of our products once they see what we offer and our prices. This would be a huge help to us, but with Shopify we never want to mess any coding up without some expert advice.
