I’ve been looking for answers to reduce the opacity of sold out products images in collections page and product page, but everything i found on the web is not working.
Can somebody please help me with that

I appreciate you letting us know which theme is being used as that is super helpful. Looking into the Symmetry theme, it looks like we cannot make changes to the opacity of the sold out product images using our Theme Editor. In order to make this change, we will need to make a manual change in coding - since Shopify did not develop the theme, we are a bit unfamiliar with the style of coding that is being used.
With that being said, since the Symmetry theme is designed and supported by Clean Canvas, it would be best to direct this inquiry towards the developers as they would be in the position to provide you with additional support and insight to make this change. I did come across to finding their Contact Us page and wanted to provide it.

Isn’t the discussion forum a place where we are supposed to help each other?
This change is a small piece of code that can be done in minutes and I’m having no luck with the theme creators. If I wanted expert help, I would open a job application.
It doesn’t seem right to create a space where customers can share ideas and knowledge and then have shopify staff go around sending us to experts to pay for troubleshooting.
