Third-party code can significantly impact load performance. Limit the number of redundant third-party providers and try to load third-party code after your page has primarily finished loading.

Try to narrow the scope of question to the minimum possible.

This is a common topic you can research as overall the question is to vague with to many steps to walk someone through on a forum post so you will only get vague overviews.

Most of that code coming from shopify assets is injected by {{ content_for_header}} and is not mean to be modified by merchants.

Disable as many apps affecting the frontend as possible such a shopify-chat.

Other scripts depend on how you’ve added them to the theme requiring either a different setup process or theme customization.
