Reduce white space between images on homepage in Debut Theme

I recently started formatting the new Debut theme and have found there is a lot of white space. Can anyone tell me how to reduce the white space (padding) between images in the Collection List grid? And how to reduce white space around the Rich Text on the homepage.

This theme isn’t published and my active theme doesn’t have any issues with white space. Both themes are Debut, but for some reason the white space is much more pronounced in the new updated theme. Is there no other way for you to help?

I want the space between the images to be half the amount that is there, so that the images can be a little bit bigger.

I’m also wanting to move the navigation bar down closer to the line above the first collection;

I want to decrease the space between each block of categories I add. For example, the spacing between the first collection list and the second collection list is too much white space. You can reference my current website for comparison. https://arcticsealwinecoolers.com

I am basically duplicating my current theme to the new theme with update coding and features.

I also need to add my business hours and business phone number to the top of the website above the Search/Account/Cart icons. Can you help with this also?
