Reducing Blank Space after a Section on a Pages (not product page) and FAQ. Impulse 7.4.0 Theme

I have a return policy PAGE (not blog post, not product page, a PAGE page…online store–>Pages).

On it is a brief blurb on our policy then a bunch of FAQs. Right now there is a large gap between the Page and the FAQ’s shown in red below. The top blurb content is native from the page and is written / input into the page from online store–>pages; while the FAQs are input as a custom page template on the theme (online store–>theme–>customize)

Can anyone please help me reduce the gap between the page content and the FAQs? its somewhat of an issue as its right at the fold so it loooks like there’s no FAQs after the blurb.

Hoping someone can help with this, i’ve seen similar issues with product pages, but never a normal page or from a custom template, hoping this can help others also encountering similar issues. thank you!
