I have been reading so many of your posts and I still do not know how i can reduce my LCP on mobile.

I have optimised images and was told that my code doesnt have the defer or async.
If I could please get a step by step on how I can implement this into my site.
I am so close to getting my site passed on core web vitals and its been driving me crazy now for the past 3 weeks.
