Hi,

I am using Refresh theme for my store and I’m wondering if anyone can help me troubleshooting my current problem.

On product page customize, I chose desktop layout as “Thumbnails”, but it resulted showing me all the the images laying on top of the primary image on product pages. I switched to “Thumbnails carousel” but the same things happened. The strange thing this issue only happens when I’m using google chrome browser. I tried to switch to safari browser and mobile device and no issue was found.

I’m a little cluecless right now and looking for help here. Thanks!

Hello @Snugglepup , It’s a cross browser performance issue. We’ll need to adjust the coding part a bit so it supports all browsers.

Can you please share the store link, and also do you code. So, I can share coding part as well.

Hi there,

I do not know coding btw, but I 've been playing around with simple copy & paste coding here and there to upgrade the theme, so I can try.

Thanks in advance,

Hello @Snugglepup , thanks for that, yes you will need to check whoch library or part of code is causing this issue. We will need to spend some time on testing and debugging to check this. Taking an expert help is recommended.
