When a potential customer tries to select a color or size, the website automatically sends you back to the top of the page, away from the colors and sizes, how can I fix this, so that it doesn’t send me back to the top of the page?

the issue is only on mobile version. when selecting the size or color in mobile version, the website sends me back up to the top of the page, only mobile, but that is a big issue since almost all traffic comes through mobile.
Thank you . I got it. You need contact support theme to fix it.Because theme have a code js set when select the size color it will scroll to top page. So I can’t edit it.

This is an issue with the app you’re using, it should be addressed by its developers. There may be an option to deactivate this in the settings panel as well.
