Refreshing the page creates huge white space below header in dawn theme

When I refresh the page either on desktop or mobile I get a huge white space below the header.

Can someone please help. Thanks!

We think the problem is the slow loading time, maybe you can do some optimization with the theme code or optimize the video to improve the loading time.
