Please help! I don’t have the money for this. I had tax jar on my account and I cancelled it through tax jar just a few days ago. I did not however delete it on the Shopify apps platform because I didn’t realize I needed to. I need to find out how to get a refund please.

In order for us to look further into the third-party application charges on your online store, we will need to verify you as the store owner. Since we cannot authenticate you over our public community forums, it would be best to login to your store using our Contact Us page.
Once you successfully login to your store, you will be directed to our Help Center - type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar. After you search for related articles, you should see the Get Support option that appears below the search results.
