I’ve been trying to get a refund but am having problem with live chat whenever a support advisor joins the chat my messages are not being sent and because of that I can’t get a refund I have tried almost anything I used a different device ,opened incognito page, used another web but still same I can’t reply back to support advisor and all I want is refund of last charge which cost me 1549 Turkish Lira for a subscription that I haven’t been using for 3 month. I’d be glad if this mail taken into consideration thanks and fully supports.
Hey, I’ve had similar issues with the live chat before. What worked for me was using Google Chrome with a clean browser cache (clear it completely before opening the chat). Also make sure you’re starting the conversation from https://help.shopify.com/en, not from any other link.
One thing to keep in mind though: in my experience Shopify usually only refunds the most recent invoice if it’s within the last 7 days. For 3 months of charges it might be harder, but it’s still worth trying.

Make sure you actually deactivate the store first (Settings > Plan > Deactivate). Support won’t issue a refund if the store is still active.
If live chat keeps glitching out on you, just choose the email/web ticket option in the Help Center instead of chat. It goes to the exact same billing team. And yeah, like Mateo said, you’ll likely only get the most recent month refunded, not all three. Close it ASAP.
Try emailing them and raise ticket best and efficient way to get anything resolve. Also, this will act as an proof for you or evidence in case there is any legal dispute.
