Refund for accidental subscription

We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues on your end. I understand you’d like to cancel your subscription and deactivate your Shopify store. Could you share what specific issues you were running into when trying to cancel? If you’d like to close your store, you can follow the steps outlined in our Help Center resource. Once you have successfully closed your store, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming this.

In regard to a refund, our Shopify Terms of Service outlines we do not issue refunds. However, our authenticated Support team via the Shopify Help Center may be able to review this on a case by case basis. Once your account is closed, you can contact our Support team who will review this in more depth.
