Please note that as long as your store remains active, the subscription charges will continue, regardless of whether you are actively using the store or not. To close your store, you can follow the steps provided on this page. However, please be aware that if there is an outstanding invoice or if your Shopify subscription payment fails multiple times, your store will be frozen until the bill is settled. For more information on this matter, you can click on this link.
It might be the case that you’re unable to deactivate the store until you pay the invoice due. Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not have an option to pay off the outstanding balance.
