I made some errors on shipping label and had to void the label. How can I get a refund?

Here are the steps to request a Shipping Label refund on Shopify.

  • Go to Shopify Admin > Orders.
  • Click on the order where you purchased the label.
  • Under the fulfillment section, click Void Label.
  • Confirm to the void label.

Refund Process Details:

  • Refunds are automatic once the laebl is successfully voided.
  • It may take upto 10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Shopify will refund the amount back to your original payment method that used for label.
