Refund pending after refund already given

PLEASE HELP

CJ REFUNDED ME FOR BROKEN ITEMS SENT TO A LADY AND THEN I REFUNDED HER DIRECTLY… NOW, I WROTE THE REFUND IN TO MY SHOPIFY STORE JUST TO KEEP A RECORD BUT IT ACTUALLY THINKS I WANT TO REFUND THIS LADY AGAIN. SO ITS PENDING A $900AUD REFUND BUT I DONT EVEN HAVE THAT MUCH IN THE ACCOUNT AS I ALLREADY REFUNDED HER!!

HOW CAN I STOP THIS REFUND AND SHOPIFY’S CHARGES?

@somuchtolearn Hey, To stop the refund in Shopify, go to the specific order in your Shopify admin and cancel the pending refund. If you can’t cancel it directly, contact Shopify Support immediately to prevent the refund from processing. They may be able to stop the transaction before it goes through.
