I have been trying to contact Shopify, it is impossible. I have a refund processed on our end but apparently it did not go into the bank account of the client. How can I find someone who can help me talk to their bank?

When it comes to this processed refund, are you able to tell us more about it? When was it processed? When did you communicate with the customer? I ask these questions as it does vary when the money goes back into certain accounts. It depends on your bank, their bank, or a combination of both.
If the refund status on your admin is saying it was processed, I would simply assure your customer to wait a couple more business days and it should be there shortly. I have attached this help document from us regarding refunds as it goes over all you need to know about this process. The document also states that refunds can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your customer.
