We are from Blarex.co online store. We installed an app called LOOX to get reviews for our products. They gave us a free trial plan for 14 days. We logged the app only on 31st of December. LOOX has deducted the amount of the app on 8th January before the due date. The app is valid up to 29th of January 2024. As we realized LOOX has got the access to the debit card through your app shopify. LOOX has deducted amount of the app without the permission of the owner; How can they take such an action without the permission of the owner of the debit card? Furthermore we cannot satisfy with the security system.
