We operate a jeans business under the name PDMX Jeans. However, because Shopify is not allowing us access to our store, we are facing a critical situation:

My name is Brenda Cecilia Ramírez Flores, and I am registered as a Persona Física con Actividad Empresarial under the RFC number As a sole proprietorship, I operate PDMX Jeans under this entity in full compliance with the regulations of the Mexican tax authority (SAT, Servicio de Administración Tributaria).
This RFC is associated with all financial transactions, including customer payments, refunds, and services such as Kueski Pay and Aplazo Pay. These services remit funds to my bank account on Tuesdays and Thursdays for sales generated through Pantalonesdemezclilla.mx (PDMX Jeans).
