Hi @scentfolio , Thank you for getting in touch. To confirm, is this the app you are using? Are these live calculated shipping rates you’re wanting to offer via the app?

Yes. This is the app. Customers will get live rates of shipping when they insert their address during checkout. Currently, I have created a shipping profile but I will have to add these orders manually into the Delhivery app/website.

Hi @scentfolio , Okay, I see. My recommendation would be to contact the developers of the Delhivery app directly as it is built and supported by a third-party. They can offer further support on why the live rates are not displaying as they should. You can reach them at integrations@delhivery.com .

Hi @scentfolio , ideally, when an order is placed, it will be imported to your Delhivery account, and you will be able to process the shipments from there. Please wait for a few minutes and check if the order has been imported. If not, you may need to contact their support team.

Thanks Victor. But can I check this function un draft stage? My website is not published yet so I am unable to check the complete process of product cart to pay to shipping. My hunch is that I may have to publish it but password protected and check the shipping stage.
