Regrading my billings to shopify store in starter plan

I have purchase Shopify starter plan. when I purchase the plan I paid 5000 INR. But every Month 470.82 INR is cut.
and from last 2 month I got payment failed notifications and my billing is stopped.

so please explain me about how I charged 470.82 INR every month even if I already paid yearly amount.
and also about payment fails.

Hi @9b

When you setup billing in Shopify, they send you a mandate for autopay. You need to approve the same. It does not mean that the money has been debited from your account. You will regularly getting charged monthly as you are on monthly plan.

You will find more details on the same by going to Settings → Billing and Settings → Plans

so what about that 5000 INR that I have paid . and that monthly charges are cut from that 5000 INR or it is an other than that ?
