Is it possible that the customer names appearing in the overview of the customer orders are not related to the email address but to the shipping address?
The problem is that we are connected to a market place and we get the emails from them. That means we don’t see the customer names but the names of the people of the marketplace (related to their email address). If we can the customer names to the shipping address we only then can see the customers name.
The name Sarina Neuhauser (staff of market place) appears several times in our order overview but is not our customers name.
Could someone help me on this? Does anyone is experienced in this?
