Related item not showing?

Can you tell why related item not showing ? From new product its not showing I dont change anything. After adding 2 new products today, its not displaying, a white section you can view, you can still view it in old product

Hi @theapptest ,

Have you confirmed that the new products are using the same template as the old products in the admin? Also, can you share one page that it is displaying as expected and one that is not?

@theapptest Related products usually rely on shared tags/collections. The new items are active but seem to have no matches, so the section shows blank. Add matching tags/collections or wait a few minutes for Shopify’s recommendation cache to update.
