Related Items Not Showing on Product Page

Can someone please help me?

My related items are not showing on my product pages. I’m not sure why this is happening. I’ve built many stores and this has never happened.

I YouTube’d and did some research and i can find a solution. I’ve refreshed the page multiple times.

If your related items aren’t showing on product pages, it could be due to:

  1. Theme Settings: Ensure “Related Products” is enabled in your theme settings under Online Store > Themes > Customize.

  2. Product Collections: Check if your products are correctly assigned to collections, as related items often pull from the same collection.

  3. App Conflict: If you’re using a third-party app for related products, ensure it’s properly configured and compatible with your theme.
