Related to public payment gateway redirection url from checkout page

Hello, I have created a public payment app with payment gateway extension and our extension is also approved by shopify. We are testing our payment app on development store before making it live. We have activated our payment gateway in development store and payment gateway also showing at checkout page. But issue is this, When we clicks on “complete order” button on payment page, it not redirects on our app page and showing below error to us. Please check - “Your payment can’t be processed for technical reasons. Try again or use a different payment method.”

I have provided my app url in extension also, but it is not using app url from there - https://prnt.sc/Zab8mGA2cC6o

Please help me to resolve this issue.. if I am missing anything please let me know. Thank You!

Are you using the draft url of the app extension? or a published app extension url?

but it still not redirecting on given payment session url.

Check if Draft is enabled

If it is, in theory it should call the Payment session URL configured inside Draft.
